Fiction Feast magazine launches Young Fiction Writer of the Year 2010

Take a Break’s, Fiction Feast magazine has announced the launch of its annual “Young Fiction Writer of the Year” competition in its June issue, on sale now. Judged by best -selling author, Anthony Horowitz, the competition is open to children from eight to 18 years of age and seeks to highlight the talent of Britain’s budding young authors, with winning stories appearing in a special edition of Fiction Feast later in the year.

Last year’s competition was a great success; it attracted over 2,000 entries and culminated in a memorable presentation at 10 Downing Street, where winners were met by Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah, and were also able to chat with star author and judge, Anthony Horowitz.
